Good Start Breakfast Club
As part of Student Wellbeing within Box Hill High School, the “Good Start Breakfast Club” is on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8.00am to 8.20am in the quadrangle. This initiative aims to target those students who for a variety of reasons are not eating breakfast in the mornings before school. Research has shown that eating breakfast can significantly increase a student’s performance at school. In addition, we are also hoping to encourage healthy lifestyles in our students.
Breakfast is FREE and students from all year levels are welcome!!!
Please contact Colin Osborn, Breakfast Club Coordinator for further information or donations.
Homework Club is on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
It’s a great opportunity to catch up or to get some help from a teacher.
We look forward to seeing you in the Research Centre from 3pm to 4pm.
Snacks are provided.
Red Couch Knitters
The Box Hill HS Red Couch Knitters Club meets every Wednesday in room 107. It is part of the broader Red Couch Knitters "a group of teachers and students who knit, talk and give up lunchtimes for their art". Everybody is welcome.
